Many processes require chemical dosing. It is no longer acceptable operational practice to use open dosing systems and so Plastratum, in conjunction with a chemical pump supply company, have developed chemically resistant dosing skids to provide a safe, clean and accurate dosing system that can be adapted to your requirements. Whether your requirements are complex, with integrated flow sensors, flow meters, pressure indicators, pressure relief valves and chemically resistant pipework or a simpler system, we are able to tailor the skid to your requirements.
We design our surface finishing equipment to allow excellent maintenance access to pumps, heating equipment, chemical dosing equipment and fume extraction ducting. Whilst this is a CDM requirement, often good pieces of equipment are let down by poor access to allow regular maintenance. A great design incorporates whole of life considerations to ensure the plant remains operational for many years with minimal maintenance down-time.
